Meet Tracey
I am Tracey, a qualified integrative counsellor - becoming a counsellor was not a simple career choice for me.
My own life experiences and trauma have shaped the person I am and have given me a real appreciation of how complicated life can be.
They have also taught me the value of being able to talk openly with someone who listens without judgement.
I am naturally curious about people and what makes us who we are. I do not believe we can understand someone by looking at one part of their life in isolation. Our experiences, relationships, circumstances and the things we have been through all play a part.
Outside of counselling, I am a mum, and someone who has experience the ups and downs that life brings. I am not someone who believes counsellors have all the answers. I am a rela person who brings my own life experiences, alongside my professional training, to the work I do.

My Qualifications & Experiences
I hold a BSc (Hons) in Psychology and am a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (MBACP). With 13 years of experience in law and over 20 years in medical research, I have developed a deep understanding of family dynamics and the of individual circumstances.
This diverse background allows me to approach each client’s situation with empathy and insight. Additionally, my training in adverse childhood experiences and safeguarding equips me to provide effective support for those navigating challenging life experiences. I am committed to fostering a safe and environment for all my clients.
